Vertical axis hollow cone nozzles have been proven to be effective when a fine and uniform hollow cone spray is required for cooling, gas cleaning, absorption processes, dust control, product humidification, oil application, air humidification, and more. The spiral grooves in the swirl insert effectively rotate the liquid, resulting in a significantly increased contact surface of the atomized liquid within a very narrow particle spectrum. This creates favorable conditions for large-scale delivery. Horizontal axis hollow cone nozzles can produce a very uniform hollow cone spray due to their special flow configuration. The liquid is rotated through a liquid inlet designed to deflect it. As a result, very uniform liquid distribution can be achieved at angles of up to 130°. Additionally, the nozzle can self-clean, allowing for safe operation even in poor water quality conditions. They are used for air humidification in air conditioning systems and for humidification during gas cleaning in the chemical industry and environmental protection facilities.
